We aim to get in touch with you within 2 working days. You’ll receive a phone call or a WhatsApp from us, so make sure your phone number is correct!
When you apply with us we will get in touch with you via phone, and if we cannot reach you via WhatsApp. If you meet the job criteria we will do a phone intake with you, if you don’t meet the requirements we will still call you to explain why we have decided not to take you into procedure.
If you’ve successfully finished the phone intake we will plan in a Skype interview, and depending on the vacancy follow up with tests (e.g. writing tests). We will let you know quite soon after if we propose you to the client. If you get proposed and invited you will have an interview with the client themselves.
We aim to have a very quick recruitment procedure and to get feedback from our clients fast. Please bear with us that with popular vacancies the procedure might take a bit longer.
