As an Operations Manager you are responsible for the following:

  • The onboarding of new brands and products online
  • Talk about these new products, with various partners. Varying from smaller to bigger organisations!
  • Creating a link between the (stock) systems of the sales partners and Naduvi. As a result, all product information will be displayed correctly and the ordering process, delivery and returns will be well organised.
  • Monitoring the dashboard where all partners and products can be seen
  • Provide feedback when you see problems or opportunities arise
  • See which matters can be arranged more efficiently. Examples of this are: missing track & trace information, delivery times that are too long, managing return flows

In short, you will ensure that the technical and operational cooperation with partners runs as smoothly as possible. A very important task within this fast-growing start-up! You will bear a lot of responsibility together with your team, but you will also be given the space to develop yourself!

This is a 40 hour per week position, the starting date is flexible.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:30. Due to COVID, they are currently working 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. In the future, it will be encouraged to come to the office and possibly work from home 1 day a week in consultation.

You will work at a start-up that specializes in highly discounted furniture. It is an online platform for home&living. They have been in existence for two years now and are growing fast in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany and they are planning on expanding to the rest of Europe. Their ambition is to become the market leader of Europe! They work together with selected interior brands so that they can sell products that fall outside the range for an attractive price on Naduvi’s platform.

The team you can be part of is young, dynamic and motivated, so there is a lot of room for creativity and good ideas are always appreciated. All of this is also accompanied by plenty of growth opportunities within this organisation. The head office is located in Amstelveen.

  • As soon as possible available to start
  • Work experience is not required, but it is a plus!
  • HBO/WO-level diploma
  • Technical degree is a plus
  • You have good communication skills and you can interact with various IT experts within large and small organisations.
  • You are a real go-getter and you do not give up until the partner is helped correctly
  • You can handle pressure and you often perform better because of it!
  • You enjoy working with colleagues, but you can also manage well on your own
  • Your monthly salary is €2,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours, incl. vacation payment)
  • Your hourly salary is €14,52 gross incl. vacation payment
  • On top of this you will receive 24 vacation days
  • Travels costs are not reimbursed
  • You will get a 7-month contract with the employer
