As an Operations Manager you are responsible for the following:
In short, you will ensure that the technical and operational cooperation with partners runs as smoothly as possible. A very important task within this fast-growing start-up! You will bear a lot of responsibility together with your team, but you will also be given the space to develop yourself!
This is a 40 hour per week position, the starting date is flexible.
The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:30. Due to COVID, they are currently working 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. In the future, it will be encouraged to come to the office and possibly work from home 1 day a week in consultation.
You will work at a start-up that specializes in highly discounted furniture. It is an online platform for home&living. They have been in existence for two years now and are growing fast in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany and they are planning on expanding to the rest of Europe. Their ambition is to become the market leader of Europe! They work together with selected interior brands so that they can sell products that fall outside the range for an attractive price on Naduvi’s platform.
The team you can be part of is young, dynamic and motivated, so there is a lot of room for creativity and good ideas are always appreciated. All of this is also accompanied by plenty of growth opportunities within this organisation. The head office is located in Amstelveen.
