Summary of Abstract

Do you have affinity with fashion and do you enjoy helping people? During this cool job at G-Star RAW you can use your creativity as a Stylist. As a Stylist you will answer questions, give fashion advice, share fashion tips and help style the perfect outfit. All of this will be done via telephone, chat, mail and social media.

The agent is the first line of contact with the customers and is responsible for insuring outstanding customer experience in pre-during-after sales. The agent needs to be able to answer questions through all channels, being Social Media, telephone, mail and chat! You also need to be aware of the internal processes and guidelines of G-Star RAW and use this information to help customers in the best possible way. They want their employees to walk the extra mile for the customers, so being customer-oriented is a must!

As a customer service agent for G-Star RAW you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Answering questions via social media, e-mail and telephone. Questions you can expect are about missing packages, tracking packages, refunds and quality issues
  • Handling complaints
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information

 

You must be available to work between 24 – 40 hours per week. Your working hours will vary between 8:00 – 21:00 and the department is opened from Monday until Saturday. Additionally, so called ‘late shifts’ are a part of the job, that means that sometimes you need to work starting at 17:30 until 02:00. Lastly, it is a requirement that you are flexible in your schedule.

You may work partly at the office of Cygnific and the HQ of G-Star RAW, both based in Amsterdam.

The G-Star RAW customer service is part of the Cygnific organization, they also provide customer service for other organizations, such as Rituals. Cygnific is a proud KLM subsidiary.
