Join one of the largest European car rental provider as a Customer care expert! Handle case analysis, claims processing, and engage customers directly via telephone. Be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

As a Customer care expert (German and English speaking) you are in contact with the customer about questions and cases that arise after they have rent a car.

These will be your duties:

  • You will process incoming inquiries and complaints from customers via telephone, email and internet
  • You investigate and resolve customer inquiries in various areas such as damage, compliance with rental conditions, unexpected credit card statements and complaints
  • You ensure the all-round, worry-free service promise to customers is fulfilled
  • You have continuous contact with foreign rental partners as you are the interface between them and the customer
  • You independently decide on reimbursement for inquiries and, if necessary, consult with direct colleagues

This is a position of 24-40 hours per week. You will be working office hours, for instance from 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 o'clock.

Worldwide travelers can rent a car at more than 8,000 stations in over 120 countries. They work with an all-in concept where everything is included. Their head office is located in Munich where 80 colleagues work in total, and 6 colleagues in the customer care department. Next to happy customer, happy employees are important to this company.   • You speak and write the German and English language fluently (both at least C1 level)
  • You are available at least 24 hours a week
  • You preferably have experience in a similar position
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • Start directly on a full-time or part-time contract
  • Salary of €3.250,- euros gross per month (based on 40 hours)
  • Welcome bonus of €3.000,- after the trial period
  • 13 months salary
  • 30 vacation days
  • Mobility subsidy of €50 euros per month (job bike, fuel voucher or public transport subsidy)
  • Able to work in Munich or from your home office
