As a Customer Service Employee (German and English speaking) you ensure that you provide the best service to customers before and during they rent a car.

These will be your duties:

  • You answer incoming questions from customers and travel agents via telephone, chat and e-mail
  • You assist customers when making online reservations and advise them which rental car best suits the trip they are going to make
  • You help with questions or problems that may arise when picking up the rental car on site
  • You have contact with local rental partners about, for example, last-minute and special requests
  • You take on back office tasks

This is a position of 30-40 hours per week. The Customer service department is open 365 days a year, 7 days a week.

Shifts during the week:

  • 08:00-16:30
  • 09:00-17:30
  • 11:30-20:00 (late shift)

Shifts during the weekend and public holidays:

  • 08:00-16:30
  • 09:30-20:00

For this position you will have to be available to work a minimum of three late shifts and two weekend shifts per month (weekend and public holiday surcharges of €22,50 per hour). Furthermore, it is important that you can be flexible with your availability as the schedule changes monthly.

Worldwide travelers can rent a car at more than 8,000 stations in over 120 countries. They work with an all-in concept where everything is included. Their head office is located in Munich where 80 colleagues work in total, and 18 colleagues in the customer service department. Next to happy customer, happy employees are important to this company. This results in a pleasant working culture where colleagues look after and help each other.   • You speak and write the German and English language fluently (both at least C1 level)
  • You are available at least 30 hours a week
  • You are available to work three late- and two weekend shifts of the month (not necessarily contiguous)
  • You preferably have experience in a similar position
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • Start directly on a full-time or part-time contract
  • Salary of €3.150,- euros gross per month (based on 40 hours)
  • Welcome bonus of €3.000,- after the trial period
  • 13 months salary
  • Weekend and public holiday surcharges of €22,50 per hour
  • 30 vacation days
  • Mobility subsidy of €50 euros per month (job bike, fuel voucher or public transport subsidy)
  • Able to work in Munich or from your home office
