As a regional Host/Receptionist you will be employed in various fun locations within Amsterdam! This allows you to meet different types of people as you will be the first point of contact for them. Your duties vary per location, which is why you will be trained in advance. The training will be with an experienced colleague, so that you will know what is expected of you.

The following activities are part of this position:

  • Receive guests in a warm way and show them the way
  • Processing e-mails
  • Forward incoming calls and emails to the right department or person
  • Order office products that are no longer in stock

Most locations are open from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM on weekdays (select locations are open until 9:00 PM). It is possible that you will be scheduled at a location where they are also open on Saturdays.

Flexibility is therefore highly appreciated.

You will be working for the leader in hospitality and they are a part of the largest organisation in Facility Services within the Netherlands! Within this organisation, the employees are valued very much and there are many opportunities to grow. In addition, various fun activities and drinks are organised, which you do not want to miss!

To become a Host you need to be/have:

  • Available for at least 24 hours a week
  • Good command of the English language
  • Representative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience as a receptionist or front office employee is a plus!
  • Based in Amsterdam or nearby
  • The gross hourly salary consists of €13 excluding a 10% allowance per hour (14,30 including allowance)
  • 25 vacation days and 8.33% vacation pay
  • Travel allowance of €0.22 per km
  • Internal growth opportunities
  • A BHV certificate
  • Different working locations!
