Summary of Abstract

Would you like to work for the largest fashion brand in the Netherlands? Do you like to help customers via social media, telephone and e-mail? Apply directly as a customer service agent for this large fashion brand!

As a customer service representative for this fashion brand, also known as Ambassador, you will:

  • Answer questions via social media, email and phone about missing packages, refunds, returns and quality issues
  • Handle complaints
  • Inform customers about certain procedures, answer questions and provide information about the products and services

Of course you can't do this without the right training! This paid, five-day training at the office, gives you all the information you need to get started. The training will be at office hours, so between 09:00 – 17:30.

  • A minimum shift is 4 hours
  • Regular shifts are between 09:00 to 20:00 on Monday to Friday & between 10:00 to 20:00 on Saturday
  • You are also expected to work night shifts twice a week, between 17:30 – 02:00

The customer service department of this large fashion brand is based at Cygnific. Cygnific is a proud daughter company of KLM. And they have sky-high ambitions theirselves as well: they want to become the most personal customer service team in the world. Their 1,500 high-flyers from 36 different countries contribute to this every day. In 18 different languages they offer 24/7 service with a smile to passengers and travel agencies via e-mail, telephone, live chat, social media and WhatsApp. Not only in Amsterdam and Enschede; their wings also spread to England, Albania, India and the Philippines. Cygnific provides customer service for KLM, Air France and Delta Airlines, but also other well-known brands in the fashion and skincare business.

  • Willing to work two days a week at 17:30 – 02:00
  • Willing to work on Saturdays twice a month
  • 32-40 hours available
  • You are available from May 10th for the training
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Possibility to work hybrid: partly from home, partly from the office in Amsterdam
  • A hourly salary between €12,85 – €19,28 gross per hour
  • Contracted directly with Cygnific for 7 months with chance of extension
  • Different irregularity allowances for evening and night shifts (25% between 20:00 – 23:00, 50% between 23:00 – 02:00)
  • Travel allowance if you work at the office of €0.19 per km (max. 100 km both ways)
  • Fun social events such as Friday night drinks!
  • ISA flights after one year of service
  • After one year you get the ability to work abroad for three months per year
